These Terms form a binding agreement between you and BuildWithPros ApS ("BuildWithPros"), a company registered in Denmark (CVR: 36730978), located at Porthusgade 1, 5.4, DK-9000 Aalborg, Denmark. They apply to your use of www.buildwithpros.com and any related products or services that refer to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Continued use after any updates means you accept the latest version. These Terms are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

The Short Version

The full Terms below are what applies. This summary is here to help you find your way.

  • Digital products (videos, audiobooks, PDF books) are delivered right after checkout and are licensed for your personal use. They are not refundable once delivered, but a faulty or missing file is always replaced, and your statutory rights stay in place. See Section 5, Section 7 and Section 10.
  • Lifetime access means access for as long as BuildWithPros runs the store. Download and keep your files. See Section 7.
  • Coaching has a 14-day right of withdrawal and must be used within 6 months. See Section 10.
  • Training with Shawn Ray Day is arranged and paid for directly with Shawn Ray. BuildWithPros only passes on your request. See Section 5.
  • Clothes can be returned within 14 days of receipt, and you pay the return shipping. See Section 10.
  • Affiliate products are sold and shipped by the partner under the partner's terms. See Section 11.
  • Danish law applies, and your consumer rights in your own country are not affected. See Section 22 and Section 23.

1. Our Services

BuildWithPros is the official platform for IFBB Hall of Famer Shawn Ray. It offers:

  • video guides from Shawn Ray
  • educational audiobooks and PDF books produced by the BuildWithPros team
  • coaching and Training with Shawn Ray Day
  • clothes
  • selected nutrition products from affiliate partners

The platform is built around real-world experience from elite bodybuilding, designed for serious, motivated people worldwide.

The Services are run from Denmark. If you access them from another country, it is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with any local laws that apply to you. BuildWithPros does not provide services tailored to regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government compliance.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Who owns the content. All content on the Services, including videos, audiobooks, PDF books, designs, graphics, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of BuildWithPros ApS or is used with permission from the rights holders. The content is protected by Danish copyright law (Ophavsretsloven), the EU Copyright Directive, and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, which extends protection to more than 180 countries worldwide.

Licensed, not sold. Digital products (videos, audiobooks and PDF books) are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a video, audiobook or PDF book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own training and education only. You do not acquire ownership of the content itself.

No sharing. Sharing, uploading, redistributing, or posting purchased files publicly, including on social media, file-sharing sites, cloud drives, messaging groups, or streaming platforms, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a copyright violation.

Access logging. BuildWithPros logs delivery and access activity for every order, including the time of each download or stream and the network address it was made from. This record is used to identify the source of a file found in unauthorized circulation and to detect access patterns consistent with a shared link. BuildWithPros actively monitors for unauthorized distribution and reserves the right to issue takedown notices, suspend accounts without refund, and pursue civil or criminal claims under applicable law.

Full license terms. Full licensing terms, including what is permitted, what is prohibited, and enforcement, are set out in the License & Usage Terms. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to those terms in full.

What you may do. You are welcome to view content for your own personal, non-commercial use and to download materials you have legitimate access to. You may not copy, distribute, display, modify, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. To request a license or permission for use beyond what is granted in the License & Usage Terms, please contact legal@buildwithpros.com.

Feedback and public content. If you send BuildWithPros ideas, comments, or feedback, you agree that BuildWithPros may use them without obligation to credit or compensate you. If the Services allow users to post public content, you grant BuildWithPros a license to use, display, and share that content in connection with the business. You are solely responsible for anything you upload.

No AI training. No content from the Services, including videos, audiobooks, PDFs, text, or images, may be used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior written permission from BuildWithPros ApS.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is truthful and kept up to date
  • you are at least 18 years old
  • you will not use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes
  • your use complies with all applicable laws

If false information or misuse is discovered, access may be suspended or terminated.

4. User Registration and Customer Accounts

What an account gives you. To access certain features, you may create a customer account on BuildWithPros.com. A customer account gives you a single place to find every digital product you have purchased, with streaming, viewing, and re-download available from the order page in your account.

Without an account. Customers who do not create an account access their digital products through the download button in the order confirmation email. That button continues to work, but it depends on the customer keeping the email. Creating an account at the time of purchase is the reliable way to find your purchases again.

Keeping your account safe. Customer accounts are passwordless: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You agree to keep that email account secure, not to forward sign-in codes to anyone else, and to take responsibility for all activity under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact support@buildwithpros.com immediately.

5. Products

Here is an overview of what BuildWithPros sells and what applies to each product type.

Video guides. Delivered by email as a personal download link immediately after purchase. Video content can be streamed in the browser from the delivery page or downloaded to keep. Customers with a customer account can stream and re-download from their account for as long as BuildWithPros operates the Services (see Section 7, Lifetime Access).

Audiobooks. Delivered by email as a personal download link immediately after purchase. Each audiobook is supplied as two files: one full-length MP3 containing the complete book, and a ZIP archive containing every chapter as a separate MP3. The full-length file can be streamed in the browser or downloaded. The chapter archive must be downloaded, as archives cannot be streamed.

PDF books. Delivered by email as a personal download link immediately after purchase. PDF books can be read in the browser from the delivery page or downloaded to keep. Customers with a customer account can view and re-download PDF files from their account for as long as BuildWithPros operates the Services. Full terms apply, see the License & Usage Terms.

All digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, uploaded, or redistributed.

Educational nature of digital content. Video, audiobooks and PDF books are provided for informational and educational purposes. They reflect personal experience and practical knowledge, not professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Customers with medical conditions or on medication should consult a qualified healthcare provider before applying any information from BuildWithPros guides. See Section 25 (Disclaimer) for full details.

Coaching. Pro-level coaching is delivered as two 30-minute video sessions with Shawn Ray, held on WhatsApp or FaceTime. After purchase the customer receives an order confirmation, and BuildWithPros then makes contact to put the customer in touch with Shawn Ray directly. Session times are agreed between the customer and Shawn. Coaching carries a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, as set out in Section 10 (Refunds Policy). Coaching slots are time-limited and must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. Coaching is non-transferable.

Training with Shawn Ray Day. A one on one day in Newport Beach or Venice Beach, California, arranged by Shawn Ray personally. The day is requested through the form on BuildWithPros.com; BuildWithPros passes the request on, and Shawn Ray confirms the date, the gym and payment directly with the customer. Nothing is charged on BuildWithPros.com, and BuildWithPros does not process payments or refunds for the day. All sales are final, with one reschedule allowed with at least two weeks notice. As a leisure activity booked for a specific date, the day is not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal (Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). See the Refund Policy.

Clothes. Shipped from Denmark. If something does not fit or meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify BuildWithPros that you are returning it, no reason needed, and a further 14 days to send it back. You may try the item on as you would in a store; if it has been used or washed beyond that, the loss in value may be deducted from the refund. The refund includes the standard delivery cost you paid. Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Affiliate products. BuildWithPros features selected nutrition products from affiliate partners. These are fulfilled directly by the partner under their own terms and return policy. Affiliate products are clearly labelled on the relevant product pages. See Section 11 (Affiliate Products and Partnerships) for full terms.

Availability and prices. All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) by default and, for customers in the EU and other supported regions, in the applicable local currency based on the customer's location. Prices may change over time. Any questions about a product before buying are welcome at support@buildwithpros.com.

6. Delivery and Access to Digital Products

How you get your files. Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase. Access is provided through the download button in the order confirmation email and, for customers with a customer account, from the order page in that account.

Streaming and downloading. Video files and full-length audiobook files can be streamed in the browser or downloaded. PDF books can be read in the browser or downloaded. Audiobook chapter archives must be downloaded, as archives cannot be streamed. Downloading and keeping a local copy is recommended for all formats.

Technical access limits. To protect against unauthorized sharing, each file may be accessed from a limited number of separate internet connections. Normal use across a home network, a mobile connection and a work network is well within this limit. If access is refused for this reason, contact support@buildwithpros.com and it will be resolved.

If the email does not arrive. If a digital download email has not arrived within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and contact support@buildwithpros.com. Download issues are resolved promptly.

Physical products. Dispatched from Denmark within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday to Friday excluding Danish public holidays. For full details on shipping, duties, and import taxes, see Section 8 (Shipping, Duties, and Import Taxes) and the Shipping Policy.

7. Lifetime Access, Scope and Limitations

BuildWithPros digital products are marketed as offering lifetime access. This section explains what lifetime access means in practice and the limits that apply.

What lifetime access means. Purchased digital products remain available for as long as BuildWithPros ApS continues to operate the Services. This access includes streaming video and full-length audiobook content, viewing PDF books in the browser, and re-downloading purchased video, audiobook, and PDF files. Access is provided through the download button in the order confirmation email and, for customers with a customer account, from the order page in that account.

Lifetime of the Services, not of the customer. BuildWithPros ApS makes no guarantee that the Services will operate for any specific period of time. Should BuildWithPros ApS cease to operate, be acquired, become insolvent, be liquidated, or otherwise discontinue the Services for any reason, online access to purchased content will end. In such circumstances, BuildWithPros ApS has no obligation to provide refunds, alternative access methods, or compensation for content already delivered.

Download and back up your files. Customers are strongly advised to download purchased files locally and back them up. Files downloaded to a customer's device or storage during the period when the Services are active will remain in the customer's possession regardless of any future discontinuation of the Services, subject to the License & Usage Terms. Saving and backing up digital files at the time of purchase is the customer's responsibility and is the only way to guarantee permanent access to content.

Other limitations. BuildWithPros may, at its sole discretion, restrict or revoke access if a customer violates these Terms, the License & Usage Terms, or applicable law. BuildWithPros may also modify, replace, or remove specific content where required for legal, licensing, or operational reasons, with reasonable effort made to notify affected customers in advance.

Technical interruptions. Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues may occasionally affect access. BuildWithPros aims to minimize disruption but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. See Section 21 (Modifications and Interruptions) for full terms.

8. Shipping, Duties, and Import Taxes

BuildWithPros ships physical products from Denmark to a defined list of countries. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and applicable duties and taxes are shown at checkout before payment is completed. For full shipping terms including delivery times by region, see the Shipping Policy.

Duties and import taxes (DDP). For most international destinations, BuildWithPros uses delivered-duty-paid (DDP) shipping. This means applicable import duties, customs fees, and local VAT or sales tax are calculated and collected at checkout. The parcel is delivered to the customer's door with no additional fees on arrival.

Destinations without DDP support. For a small number of destinations where DDP is not supported by the carrier, duties and local taxes may be assessed by customs upon arrival. In these cases, the recipient is responsible for any such fees. This is clearly indicated at checkout, and customers are advised to check their local customs rules before placing an order.

Countries not served. BuildWithPros does not ship physical products to certain countries due to import restrictions, complex VAT regulations, or sanctions. If a country is not available at checkout, BuildWithPros currently cannot accept orders for physical products to that destination. Digital products may still be available depending on the destination. A current list of restricted countries is maintained in the Shipping Policy.

Customs declarations. BuildWithPros declares the correct HS codes, country of origin, and product values on all customs documentation. Customers must not request false declarations (such as marking commercial goods as "gift" or undervaluing items), as this constitutes customs fraud and may result in seizure of the parcel by local authorities. BuildWithPros reserves the right to refuse any such request.

9. Purchases and Payment

Payment methods. BuildWithPros accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and the device you are using. The payment options shown at checkout are the ones available for your specific order.

Processing and currency. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) by default and, for customers in the EU and other supported regions, in the applicable local currency based on the customer's location.

VAT and taxes. Prices displayed include Danish VAT for Danish customers and applicable local VAT for EU customers (calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and applicable EU tax rules). For orders shipped outside the EU, duties and import taxes are handled as described in Section 8 (Shipping, Duties, and Import Taxes).

Pricing errors and resale. If a pricing error occurs, BuildWithPros reserves the right to correct it, even after an order has been placed. Orders that appear to be placed for resale may also be refused.

10. Refunds Policy

The refund terms depend on the product type. Here is what applies to each. Full details are also available in the Refund Policy.

Where a purchase carries a statutory right of withdrawal, that right can be exercised using the cancellation function on BuildWithPros.com. It is linked in the footer of every page and in your order confirmation, and stays available for the whole withdrawal period. A confirmation of receipt is sent by email.

Digital Products

Video guides, audiobooks and PDF books are made available immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly requests that delivery begins straight away and acknowledges that, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)), the right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has started.

This means all digital purchases are final from the moment the customer receives access, whether or not the file has been downloaded or streamed.

Faulty or missing files. This does not limit your statutory rights if a digital product is defective, incomplete or not delivered. BuildWithPros first supplies a corrected or replacement file. If the fault cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund under the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770) and the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven). See the Refund Policy for details.

Clothes

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on clothes, starting from the day the order is received, no reason needed. To use this right, simply send an email to support@buildwithpros.com with your order number before the 14 days are up.

  • Send the item back within 14 days of notifying BuildWithPros.
  • You may try the item on as you would in a store; if it has been used or washed beyond what is needed to check it, BuildWithPros may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • The refund covers the price paid and the standard delivery cost, and is issued within 14 days of your notification to the original payment method.
  • BuildWithPros may hold the refund until the item has been received back or you have provided proof of sending it, whichever comes first.

Coaching

Coaching carries a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, starting on the date of purchase. No reason is required.

When sessions start. Sessions are normally scheduled to begin once the withdrawal period has passed, so that the two do not overlap. If you would like your first session sooner, that is arranged individually and confirmed by email at the time. In that email you are asked to request that coaching begins within the withdrawal period, and you are told what that means for a later cancellation.

If you cancel.

  • Before any session has taken place: refunded in full.
  • After one session, having asked for coaching to begin early: the refund is reduced in proportion to the coaching already delivered, in line with Article 14(3) of the Directive.
  • Once both sessions have been completed: coaching is fully performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

How to withdraw. Use the cancellation function on BuildWithPros.com or email support@buildwithpros.com with your order number. Refunds are issued within 14 days of BuildWithPros being notified, to the original payment method.

After 14 days. After the 14-day period has passed, coaching purchases are final. Coaching slots must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. Unused coaching slots after this period expire without refund.

Training with Shawn Ray Day

Payment for Training with Shawn Ray Day is made directly to Shawn Ray after he has confirmed the day. BuildWithPros does not receive the payment and does not process refunds for the day. All sales are final, one reschedule is allowed with at least two weeks notice, and any question about payment or a refund is handled by Shawn Ray directly. See Section 5 (Products) and the Refund Policy.

Duties and Import Taxes

For orders refunded after duties and import taxes have been collected at checkout, BuildWithPros will refund the duties and taxes only if the order has not yet been dispatched or if the carrier confirms that duties have not yet been remitted to local authorities. Duties already remitted to customs authorities are typically not recoverable from the carrier.

Affiliate Products

Affiliate products are fulfilled directly by the affiliate partner under their own terms and return policy. Refund and return requests for affiliate products must be directed to the partner, not to BuildWithPros. See Section 11 (Affiliate Products and Partnerships) for full terms.

11. Affiliate Products and Partnerships

BuildWithPros features nutrition products from affiliate partners, with additional partners potentially added over time. Affiliate products are clearly labelled on the relevant product pages and in any marketing material where they appear.

How affiliate sales work. When you purchase an affiliate product, the transaction is completed with the affiliate partner, not with BuildWithPros. The partner is responsible for fulfilment, shipping, customer service, returns, refunds, and any warranty claims. Their terms of sale, privacy policy, and return policy apply to your purchase, not those of BuildWithPros.

Commission disclosure. BuildWithPros earns a commission when you purchase through an affiliate link or partner integration. This does not affect the price you pay. Recommendations are based on the BuildWithPros team's assessment of products that fit the platform's audience, but BuildWithPros has no control over the production, quality, formulation, or delivery of affiliate products.

No endorsement of medical or therapeutic claims. BuildWithPros does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any medical, nutritional, performance, or therapeutic claims made by affiliate partners about their own products. Always read the product label and consult a qualified healthcare provider before use, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant or nursing.

Limitation of liability for affiliate products. To the extent permitted by law, BuildWithPros ApS accepts no liability for damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from the purchase, delivery, use, or non-delivery of affiliate products. Liability rests solely with the affiliate partner. Customers should direct all claims, complaints, and warranty matters to the affiliate partner using the contact information provided above or on the partner's website.

Affiliate partner contact. Each affiliate product page links to the partner's website where their full terms, contact details, and customer service channels are available. For questions specifically about how an affiliate partnership is structured (rather than the product itself), contact legal@buildwithpros.com.

12. Prohibited Activities

Please use the Services responsibly. The following are not permitted:

  • Collecting data systematically to build your own databases without written permission
  • Attempting to trick, defraud, or mislead BuildWithPros or other users
  • Interfering with security features or the performance of the Services
  • Using information from the Services to harass or harm others
  • Uploading viruses, spam, or harmful code
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
  • Using automated tools such as bots or scrapers without consent
  • Posting illegal, hateful, or explicit content
  • Using the Services to compete with BuildWithPros or for unauthorised commercial purposes
  • Sending unsolicited marketing messages to other users
  • Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws
  • Sharing access to a customer account with third parties, including by forwarding sign-in codes, or using a single account for multiple users
  • Sharing or forwarding a personal download link to any other person
  • Downloading purchased content with the intent to share, redistribute, or upload it to any third party or platform
  • Requesting false customs declarations or undervaluation of physical goods

If these Terms are violated, access to the Services may be suspended or terminated. Questions about what is permitted can be sent to info@buildwithpros.com.

13. User Generated Contributions

The Services do not currently offer public features for posting content. If BuildWithPros invites you to share feedback, testimonials, or other materials, you agree that your contributions do not infringe on anyone else's rights, do not include anything illegal or misleading, and are based on truthful information. BuildWithPros reserves the right to remove contributions that violate these Terms.

14. Contribution License

By submitting content such as suggestions, feedback, or images, you grant BuildWithPros permission to use, reproduce, modify, and share that content for any lawful purpose including marketing and product development. You retain ownership of your original work. BuildWithPros is not liable for any statements made in your contributions.

15. Guidelines for Reviews

Honest and respectful reviews are welcome. To keep the review space useful for everyone:

  • only leave reviews based on your own experience
  • keep language respectful
  • avoid spam or promotional content
  • do not post false or defamatory statements

BuildWithPros may moderate or remove reviews that violate these guidelines. By posting a review, you grant permission to use and display that content as part of marketing communications.

Reviews should reflect genuine customer experience. Reviews submitted in exchange for free products, discounts, or other compensation must clearly disclose this relationship.

16. Social Media

The Services may offer the option to interact with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Google. These integrations may include signing in with a connected account, sharing content, or viewing embedded media from these platforms.

When you interact with the Services through a third-party platform, you allow BuildWithPros to access the information you have approved through that platform's privacy settings. You can disable any connection at any time by adjusting your settings on the relevant platform.

BuildWithPros is not responsible for how third-party platforms collect, store, or use your data. Each platform operates under its own terms and privacy policy, which you are encouraged to review. For details on how BuildWithPros handles data from these interactions, see the Privacy Policy.

17. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Services may include links to third-party websites for convenience. BuildWithPros does not own, control, or verify the content of these sites and is not responsible for any issues arising from visiting them. Any products or services offered through third-party websites are the sole responsibility of those providers.

18. Services Management

BuildWithPros reserves the right to monitor and manage the Services as needed, including reviewing the platform for appropriate use, limiting access to accounts that interfere with performance or safety, removing content that violates these Terms, and maintaining and updating the Services. The goal is always to provide a safe and reliable experience for every user.

19. Privacy Policy

BuildWithPros takes data protection seriously. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected. By using the Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Services are operated from Denmark, and data is processed in accordance with Danish and EU privacy law. For questions about personal data, contact legal@buildwithpros.com.

20. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Services. BuildWithPros reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you seriously violate these Terms, cause harm to the platform or other users, or engage in unlawful conduct. In such cases, your account may be deleted. If you believe an action has been taken in error, contact support@buildwithpros.com.

Termination of your customer account ends online access to purchased digital content, including streaming, viewing, and re-download. Files you have already downloaded to your own device remain in your possession, subject to the License & Usage Terms, provided they were not obtained in violation of these Terms.

21. Modifications and Interruptions

BuildWithPros may update, modify, or temporarily interrupt parts of the Services at any time without prior notice, for example to perform maintenance, fix issues, or make improvements. While every effort is made to keep the Services available, temporary unavailability may occur. BuildWithPros is not responsible for any loss of access due to such interruptions.

BuildWithPros ApS may also discontinue the Services entirely at its sole discretion. Should this occur, online access to purchased digital content will end as described in Section 7 (Lifetime Access). Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased files while the Services are operational.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. EU residents are also protected by the consumer rights applicable in their country of residence and may bring a legal claim either in Denmark or in their home country. BuildWithPros ApS and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aalborg, Denmark, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.

23. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, please contact BuildWithPros first at info@buildwithpros.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

Consumers in Denmark. If a resolution cannot be reached, you can file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg, through naevneneshus.dk. The mediation team first attempts to settle the dispute; if that fails, the complaint can be brought before the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet). Complaints normally require that the product cost at least DKK 1,220 (DKK 790 for clothing), and a fee applies.

Consumers in other EU countries can use the approved dispute resolution body in their own country or contact the European Consumer Centre network (ECC-Net).

24. Corrections

BuildWithPros aims to keep all information on the Services accurate and up to date. If errors are found, such as typos, incorrect pricing, or outdated content, BuildWithPros reserves the right to correct them at any time without prior notice. If you spot something that looks incorrect, please report it at support@buildwithpros.com.

Coaching does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or trainer-client relationship in the legal sense, and BuildWithPros ApS assumes no liability for outcomes related to coaching sessions.

Actual products may vary slightly in colour, packaging, or appearance due to display settings, photography, packaging updates, or production batch differences. 26. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BuildWithPros ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including loss of profits, data loss, technical interruptions, or discontinuation of the Services. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid to BuildWithPros in the 6 months prior to the issue. EU consumer law may provide additional protections that supplement or override this limitation, and those rights remain fully in place where applicable.

BuildWithPros ApS is not liable for the loss of online access to digital content if BuildWithPros ceases to operate, as described in Section 7 (Lifetime Access). Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased files locally during the active period of the Services.

27. Indemnification

By using the Services, you agree to hold BuildWithPros ApS harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that result from a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or harm caused to others through your actions on the platform. BuildWithPros reserves the right to handle any resulting legal matter directly.

28. User Data

BuildWithPros stores certain data to provide the Services, including order details and account information. Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect this data, but BuildWithPros is not responsible for loss or corruption of data you upload or transmit. You are responsible for keeping your own records. 29. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you agree to communicate electronically. Agreements, notices, invoices, and confirmations sent electronically have the same legal effect as paper documents. Electronic signatures, contracts, and records are accepted when interacting with the platform. You can always save or print copies of any communication for your own records.

30. US Residents, Privacy Rights

Residents of certain US states may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state privacy laws. These rights generally include:

  • the right to know what personal information is collected
  • the right to request deletion of that information
  • the right to correct inaccurate information
  • the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

BuildWithPros does not sell personal information. BuildWithPros will respect rights available under applicable US state privacy laws for residents of those states. 31. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Legal Notice, Cookie Policy, License & Usage Terms, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuildWithPros regarding use of the Services.

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
  • Any failure by BuildWithPros to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • These Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you without prior written consent from BuildWithPros.
