Coaching and clothing carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you have bought either and want to cancel, fill in the form below and your cancellation is registered straight away.

You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to contact support first.

Digital products work differently. Videos, audiobooks, PDF guides, and bundles are delivered the moment you pay, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. See below for what to do if a file has not arrived or does not work.

What applies to each product type

Coaching. Pro-level coaching carries a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The period starts on the date of purchase.

Clothes. Clothing carries a 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the day you receive your order. Use this form to notify BuildWithPros, then send the item back as described in the Refund Policy.

Digital products. Videos, audiobooks, PDF guides, and bundles are delivered immediately, and at checkout you request that delivery begins straight away. Under Article 16(m) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these purchases. If a file has not been delivered or does not work, that is a different matter, and support@buildwithpros.com will sort it out.

Affiliate products. Nutrition products from partner brands are bought from the partner, not from BuildWithPros. Cancellations for those go to the partner directly, using the contact details in the Terms of Service.

If you have asked to start coaching early

Coaching sessions are normally scheduled to begin once the withdrawal period has passed, so that the two do not overlap. If you asked for your first session sooner and confirmed that by email, and you then cancel after that session has taken place, the refund is reduced in proportion to the coaching already delivered. Once both sessions have been completed, coaching is fully performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

What happens next

A confirmation of receipt is sent to your email address without undue delay, recording what you submitted and the date and time it was received. Keep it for your records.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of your cancellation being received, to the original payment method. For clothing, the refund is held until the item has been received and its condition confirmed.
