BuildWithPros does not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics tools. Site performance is monitored only through Shopify's built-in analytics, which does not set additional cookies beyond those listed as Strictly Necessary.

05Legal Basis

BuildWithPros relies on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Exempt from the consent requirement under the ePrivacy Directive because they are essential for the service requested by the user.
  • Functional and marketing cookies: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) given through the cookie banner.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.

08Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Most modern browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-wide standard for how DNT should be interpreted, and BuildWithPros does not currently respond to DNT signals.
