How BuildWithPros started
The shop didn't start as a business plan. It started with a conversation.
I met Michael from Denmark at the Arnold Sports Festival in Ohio. We connected fast because we both came up in the same era of bodybuilding, where consistency mattered more than attention. He had trained hard for decades, and he followed my career long before social media shaped the conversation.
We talked about how easy it is for serious athletes to get pulled into constant change, gimmicks, and short timelines. We wanted the opposite — a place that stays grounded and respects how long real progress takes.
Michael established the BuildWithPros platform, which is why it is based in Denmark. But the content and products are mine. My videos, audiobooks, and writing. My perspective. This is where I put the thinking I trust into a format you can buy, use privately, and return to when motivation is not the issue.
BuildWithPros operates alongside shawnrayofficial.com, my main platform for media and commentary. The shop is where the practical work lives.
