Cancel Contract

Coaching and clothing carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you have bought either and want to cancel, fill in the form below and your cancellation is registered straight away.

You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to contact support first.

Digital products work differently. Videos, audiobooks, PDF guides, and bundles are delivered the moment you pay, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. See below for what to do if a file has not arrived or does not work.

What applies to each product type

Coaching

Pro-level coaching carries a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The period starts on the date of purchase.

Clothes

Clothing carries a 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the day you receive your order. Use this form to notify BuildWithPros, then send the item back as described in the Refund Policy.

Digital products

Videos, audiobooks, PDF guides, and bundles are delivered immediately, and at checkout you request that delivery begins straight away. Under Article 16(m) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these purchases. If a file has not been delivered or does not work, that is a different matter, and support@buildwithpros.com will sort it out.

What happens next

A confirmation of receipt is sent to your email address without undue delay, recording what you submitted and the date and time it was received. Keep it for your records.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of your cancellation being received, to the original payment method. For clothing, the refund is held until the item has been received and its condition confirmed.
